1. Welcome clients to the Givenchy Concession, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious environment.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to assist in product selection while offering expert advice.
3. Introduce complementary products and share in-depth product knowledge.
4. Process sales confidently and professionally, maintaining client relationships.
5. Collect and manage client CRM details to build a robust client book and ensure personalized follow-up.
6. Maintain store standards and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines to promote the Givenchy image.
7. Exceed behavioral expectations, including dress code and appearance as per management guidelines.
8. Enhance product knowledge by staying updated on fashion trends and participating in training.
9. Support stock control and management in collaboration with Stock Control colleagues.

1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales within a high fashion environment.
2. Experience in a luxury department store preferred.
3. Proficiency in selling leather goods with an understanding of craftsmanship and quality.
4. Strong business acumen and experience with retail KPIs.
5. Genuine interest in fashion and the Givenchy brand.

1. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
2. Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
3. Excellent personal presentation as a Givenchy Brand Ambassador.
4. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years' experience in a high fashion sales environment, with a preference for luxury department store experience.
