2. Build and maintain strong client relationships to assist in selecting suitable products while offering expert advice.
3. Introduce and recommend complementary products, sharing in-depth product knowledge.
4. Confidently and professionally process sales while maintaining client rapport.
5. Collect and manage client CRM details to build a comprehensive client book and ensure personalized follow-up.
6. Maintain store standards and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines to promote the Givenchy image.
7. Exceed behavioral expectations, including adherence to dress code and appearance guidelines.
8. Enhance product knowledge by staying informed about fashion trends, competitors, and participating in in-store training.
9. Support stock control and management in collaboration with Stock Control colleagues.

1. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales within a high fashion environment.
2. Experience in luxury department stores preferred.
3. Proven experience in selling leather goods with an understanding of craftsmanship and quality.

1. Strong business acumen and experience with retail KPIs.
2. Genuine interest in fashion and the Givenchy brand.
3. Commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
4. Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
5. Excellent personal presentation as a Givenchy Brand Ambassador.
6. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
7. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
