- Welcome clients to the Givenchy Concession, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious environment.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to assist in product selection and provide expert advice.
- Introduce complementary products and share extensive product knowledge.
- Process sales confidently and professionally while maintaining client relationships.
- Gather and manage client CRM details to build a comprehensive client book and ensure personal follow-up.
- Maintain store standards in stock and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines to promote the Givenchy image.
- Exceed all behavioral requirements, including dress code and appearance guidelines.
- Enhance product knowledge by staying updated with fashion trends and competitors, participating in store training, and educating oneself on all Givenchy product lines.
- Support stock control and management in collaboration with Stock Control colleagues.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales within a high fashion environment.
- Experience in a luxury department store is preferred.
- Proficiency in selling leather goods with an understanding of craftsmanship and quality.
- Strong business acumen with experience in retail KPIs.
- Genuine interest in fashion and the Givenchy brand.
- Hardworking and committed to achieving and exceeding targets.
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Excellent personal presentation as a Givenchy Brand Ambassador.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are advantageous.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales within a high fashion environment, preferably in a luxury department store.
