1. Welcome clients to the Givenchy Concession, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious environment.
2. Build and maintain relationships with clients to assist in product selection and provide expert advice.
3. Introduce complementary products and share extensive product knowledge.
4. Process sales confidently and professionally while maintaining client relationships.
5. Gather and manage client CRM details to build a comprehensive client book and ensure personal follow-up.
6. Maintain store standards in stock and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines to promote the Givenchy image.
7. Exceed all behavioral requirements, including dress code and appearance guidelines.
8. Enhance product knowledge by staying updated with fashion trends and competitors, participating in store training, and educating oneself on all Givenchy product lines.
9. Support stock control and management in collaboration with Stock Control colleagues.

1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales within a high fashion environment.
2. Experience in a luxury department store is preferred.
3. Proficiency in selling leather goods with an understanding of craftsmanship and quality.
4. Strong business acumen with experience in retail KPIs.
5. Genuine interest in fashion and the Givenchy brand.

2. Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
3. Excellent personal presentation as a Givenchy Brand Ambassador.
4. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
5. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are advantageous.
