1. Welcome clients to the Givenchy Concession, ensuring a comfortable and inviting environment.
2. Build relationships with clients to assist in selecting suitable products while maintaining rapport and offering expert advice.
3. Introduce additional complementary products and share in-depth product knowledge.
4. Process sales confidently and professionally, maintaining client relationships.
5. Gather and manage client CRM details to build a client book and ensure personal follow-up.
6. Maintain store standards and adhere to visual merchandise guidelines, promoting the Givenchy image.
7. Exceed behavioral requirements, including adhering to dress code and appearance guidelines.
8. Enhance product knowledge by staying updated with fashion trends and competitors, participating in training, and educating oneself on Givenchy product lines.
9. Support stock control and management in line with guidance from Stock Control colleagues.

1. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales within a high fashion environment.
2. Experience in a luxury department store setting preferred.
3. Experience in selling leather goods with an understanding of craftsmanship and quality.

1. Strong business acumen and experience with retail KPIs.
2. Genuine interest in fashion and the Givenchy brand.
3. Commitment to achieving and exceeding targets.
4. Ability to work both as part of a team and autonomously.
5. Excellent personal presentation as a Givenchy Brand Ambassador.
6. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
7. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years in a high fashion sales environment, with a preference for experience in luxury department stores and leather goods.
