1. Welcome clients to the Givenchy concession, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
2. Build strong relationships with clients to assist in selecting suitable products while maintaining rapport and offering expert advice.
3. Introduce and recommend complementary products, sharing in-depth product knowledge.
4. Process sales confidently and professionally, maintaining client relationships.
5. Collect and manage client CRM details to build a client book and ensure personalized follow-up.
6. Maintain store standards and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines to promote the Givenchy image.
7. Exceed behavioral requirements, including adhering to dress code and appearance guidelines.
8. Continuously enhance product knowledge by staying updated with fashion trends and participating in in-store training.
9. Support stock control and management in line with guidance from Stock Control colleagues.

1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales within a high fashion environment.
2. Experience in a luxury department store is preferred.
3. Proven experience in selling leather goods with an understanding of craftsmanship and quality.

1. Strong business acumen with experience in retail KPIs.
2. Genuine interest in fashion and the Givenchy brand.
3. Commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
5. Excellent personal presentation as a Givenchy Brand Ambassador.
6. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
7. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
