- Welcome clients to the Givenchy Concession, ensuring a comfortable environment.
- Build relationships with clients to assist in product selection while maintaining rapport and offering advice.
- Introduce additional complementary products and share product knowledge.
- Process sales confidently and professionally while maintaining client relationships.
- Gather and collate client CRM details to maintain relationships and build a client book, ensuring personal follow-up.
- Maintain store standards on stock and adhere to visual merchandise guidelines promoting the Givenchy image.
- Exceed all behavioral requirements, including adhering to dress code and appearance guidelines.
- Actively drive product knowledge by staying updated with fashion trends and competitors, participating in in-store training, and educating oneself on all Givenchy product lines.
- Support control and management of stock in line with guidance from Stock Control colleagues.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales within a high fashion environment.
- Experience in a luxury department store preferred.
- Experience in selling leather goods with an understanding of craftsmanship and quality is essential.
- Strong business acumen and experience working with retail KPIs.
- Genuine interest in fashion and Givenchy as a brand.
- Hardworking and committed to achieving/exceeding targets.
- Team player with the ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent personal presentation as a Givenchy Brand Ambassador.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
