1. Welcome clients to the Givenchy concession, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious environment.
2. Build and maintain strong client relationships to assist in product selection and provide expert advice.
3. Introduce complementary products and share extensive product knowledge with clients.
4. Process sales transactions professionally while maintaining client rapport.
5. Collect and manage client CRM details to enhance the client book and ensure personalized follow-up.
6. Maintain store standards and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines to promote the Givenchy image.
7. Exceed behavioral requirements, including adherence to dress code and appearance guidelines.
8. Enhance product knowledge by staying updated with fashion trends and participating in in-store training.
9. Support stock control and management in collaboration with Stock Control colleagues.

1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales within a high fashion environment.
2. Experience in a luxury department store is preferred.
3. Proven experience in selling leather goods with an understanding of craftsmanship and quality.

1. Strong business acumen with experience in retail KPIs.
2. Genuine interest in fashion and the Givenchy brand.
3. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
4. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
5. Exceptional personal presentation as a Givenchy Brand Ambassador.

A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales within a high fashion environment, preferably in a luxury department store.
