- Welcome clients to the Givenchy flagship store, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious environment.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, assisting them in selecting suitable products while offering expert advice.
- Introduce complementary products and share in-depth product knowledge to enhance the client's experience.
- Process sales confidently and professionally, maintaining client relationships post-purchase.
- Collect and manage client CRM details to build a comprehensive client book and ensure personalized follow-ups.
- Maintain store standards, adhering to visual merchandise guidelines to promote the Givenchy image.
- Exceed behavioral requirements, including dress code and appearance guidelines set by management.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge by staying updated with fashion trends and participating in in-store training.
- Support stock control and management in collaboration with Stock Control colleagues.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales within a high-fashion environment.
- Experience in a luxury department store preferred.
- Proficiency in selling leather goods with an understanding of craftsmanship and quality.
- Strong business acumen with experience in retail KPIs.
- Genuine interest in fashion and the Givenchy brand.
- Hardworking and target-driven.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent personal presentation as a Givenchy Brand Ambassador.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales within a high-fashion environment is required, with a preference for experience in luxury department stores and selling leather goods.
