1. Welcome clients to the Givenchy Concession, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious environment.
2. Build and maintain relationships with clients to assist in product selection and provide personalized advice.
3. Introduce and recommend complementary products, sharing detailed product knowledge.
4. Process sales transactions professionally while maintaining client relationships.
5. Collect and manage client CRM details to build a comprehensive client book for personal follow-up.
6. Maintain store standards and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines to promote the Givenchy image.
7. Exceed behavioral requirements, including dress code and appearance guidelines set by management.
8. Continuously enhance product knowledge by staying informed about fashion trends and competitors.
9. Support stock control and management in collaboration with Stock Control colleagues.

1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales within a high fashion environment.
2. Experience in luxury department stores preferred.
3. Proven experience in selling leather goods with an understanding of craftsmanship and quality.
4. Strong business acumen with experience in retail KPIs.
5. Genuine interest in fashion and the Givenchy brand.

1. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
2. Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
3. Excellent personal presentation as a Givenchy Brand Ambassador.
4. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years' experience in high fashion sales, preferably within a luxury department store setting.
