1. Welcome clients to the Givenchy Concession, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious environment.
2. Build relationships with clients to assist in product selection while maintaining rapport and offering expert advice.
3. Introduce and recommend complementary products, sharing in-depth product knowledge.
4. Process sales confidently and professionally, maintaining client relationships.
5. Gather and manage client CRM details to maintain relationships and build a client book, ensuring personal follow-up.
6. Maintain store standards on stock and adhere to visual merchandise guidelines to promote the Givenchy image.
7. Exceed behavioral requirements, including adherence to dress code and appearance guidelines.
8. Enhance product knowledge by staying updated with fashion trends and competitors, participating in in-store training, and educating oneself on Givenchy product lines.
9. Support stock control and management in line with guidance from Stock Control colleagues.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within a high fashion environment.
2. Experience in a luxury department store preferred.
3. Proven experience in selling leather goods with an understanding of craftsmanship and quality.
4. Strong business acumen and experience working with retail KPIs.

3. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
4. Excellent personal presentation as a Givenchy Brand Ambassador.
5. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
6. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
