- Welcome clients to the Givenchy Concession, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious environment.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to assist in product selection and provide personalized advice.
- Introduce complementary products and share in-depth product knowledge.
- Process sales transactions confidently and professionally while maintaining client rapport.
- Collect and manage client CRM details to maintain relationships and build a client book for personal follow-ups.
- Maintain store standards and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines to promote the Givenchy image.
- Exceed behavioral requirements, including dress code and appearance guidelines.
- Enhance product knowledge by staying updated with fashion trends and competitors, and participating in in-store training.
- Support stock control and management in line with guidance from Stock Control colleagues.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales within a high fashion environment.
- Experience in luxury department stores preferred.
- Proficiency in selling leather goods with an understanding of craftsmanship and quality.
- Strong business acumen and experience with retail KPIs.
- Genuine interest in fashion and the Givenchy brand.
- Hardworking and committed to achieving/exceeding sales targets.
- Team player with the ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent personal presentation as a Givenchy Brand Ambassador.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are advantageous.
