1. Welcome clients to the Givenchy concession at Harrods, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious environment.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to assist them in selecting suitable products while providing expert advice.
3. Introduce and recommend additional complementary products to enhance the client experience.
4. Confidently process sales transactions while maintaining client rapport.
5. Gather and manage client CRM details to build a comprehensive client book for personalized follow-up.
6. Maintain store standards and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines to promote the Givenchy image.
7. Exceed behavioral requirements, including adherence to dress code and appearance guidelines.
8. Continuously enhance product knowledge by staying updated on fashion trends and participating in in-store training.
9. Support stock control and management in accordance with guidance from Stock Control colleagues.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within a high fashion environment.
2. Experience in a luxury department store setting is preferred.
3. Proven experience in selling leather goods with an understanding of craftsmanship and quality.

1. Strong business acumen and experience with retail KPIs.
2. Genuine interest in fashion and the Givenchy brand.
3. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
4. Excellent personal presentation as a Givenchy Brand Ambassador.
5. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
6. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
