- Serve as a Givenchy brand ambassador at the Harrods Concession, delivering exceptional luxury customer service to an international clientele.
- Welcome clients, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued within the Givenchy environment.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to assist them in selecting suitable products while maintaining rapport and offering expert advice.
- Introduce and recommend complementary products, sharing in-depth product knowledge.
- Confidently and professionally process sales while maintaining client relationships.
- Collect and manage client CRM details to build and maintain a comprehensive client book, ensuring personalized follow-up.
- Uphold store standards, adhere to visual merchandising guidelines, and promote the Givenchy image.
- Exceed behavioral expectations, including adherence to dress code and appearance guidelines.
- Enhance product knowledge by staying informed about fashion trends, competitors, and participating in training.
- Support stock control and management in alignment with guidance from Stock Control colleagues.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales within a high fashion environment.
- Experience in a luxury department store setting preferred.
- Proven experience in selling leather goods with an understanding of craftsmanship and quality.
- Strong business acumen and experience with retail KPIs.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is essential; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent personal presentation as a Givenchy Brand Ambassador.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in high fashion sales, preferably within a luxury department store environment.
