Givenchy Sales Consultant

- Welcome clients to the store, ensuring a comfortable environment.
- Build relationships with clients to assist in product selection while maintaining rapport and offering advice.
- Introduce complementary products and share extensive product knowledge.
- Process sales confidently and professionally while maintaining client relationships.
- Gather and manage client CRM details to build and maintain a client book for personal follow-up.
- Maintain store standards and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines to promote the Givenchy image.
- Exceed behavioral requirements, including adherence to dress code and appearance guidelines.
- Enhance product knowledge by staying updated on fashion trends and competitors, participating in training, and educating oneself on Givenchy product lines.
- Support stock control and management in line with guidance from Stock Control colleagues.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales within a high fashion environment.
- Experience in a flagship store in luxury retail preferred.
- Experience in selling leather goods or ready-to-wear with an understanding of craftsmanship and quality.
- Strong business acumen and experience working with retail KPIs.
- Genuine interest in fashion and the Givenchy brand.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Excellent personal presentation as a Givenchy Brand Ambassador.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales within a high fashion environment is required, with preference given to those with experience in luxury flagship stores.
