1. Deliver the full Selling Ceremony, including after-sales follow-up, while engaging in clienteling to provide a memorable and personalized client journey.
2. Engage with diverse clients to develop long-lasting relationships and foster loyalty through storytelling and providing a rich narrative behind each collection.
3. Understand customer preferences and past purchases to provide personalized recommendations and update relevant client information on internal platforms.
4. Actively work to achieve and exceed sales expectations and identify additional sales opportunities by understanding the specific needs of clients.
5. Embody the brand image by adhering to the specific dressing and behavior standards of luxury and contribute to maintaining the upscale atmosphere of the boutique.
6. Participate in all inventory management processes, cycle counts, and goods receptions to maximize efficiency and ensure store operations meet optimum standards.
7. Proficiently and accurately use POS (Point-of-Sale) systems.
8. Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines and propose enhancements to the VM team to drive sales opportunities.
9. Ensure proper back-of-house maintenance and stock management.
10. Work collaboratively as an active team player to support all business activities and participate in training implementations.
11. Maintain open, positive, and constructive communication with team members.

1. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the fashion or luxury sector.

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to identify with customers.
2. Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
3. Passion for fashion and the client experience.
4. Good team player with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and resilient attitude.
5. Ability to thrive in a test-and-learn environment with a continuous improvement mindset.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the fashion or luxury sector.
