1. Deliver the full Selling Ceremony, including after-sales follow-up, while actively engaging in clienteling to provide a memorable personalized client journey.
2. Engage with diverse clients to develop long-lasting relationships and foster loyalty through storytelling and providing a rich narrative behind each collection.
3. Understand customer preferences and past purchases to offer personalized recommendations and update client information on internal platforms.
4. Actively work to achieve and exceed sales expectations and identify additional sales opportunities by understanding client needs.
5. Embody the brand image by adhering to luxury dressing and behavior standards and contribute to maintaining the upscale atmosphere of the boutique.
6. Stay informed about the latest trends in the luxury and fashion industry.
7. Participate in inventory management processes, cycle counts, and goods receptions to ensure store operations meet optimum standards.
8. Proficiently use POS systems and assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines.
9. Ensure proper back-of-house maintenance and stock management.
10. Work collaboratively as an active team player to support all business activities and participate in training and tool implementation.
11. Maintain open, positive, and constructive communication with team members.

1. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the fashion or luxury sector.

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to identify with customers.
2. Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
3. Passion for fashion and client experience.
4. Good team player with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and resilient attitude.
5. Ability to thrive in a test-and-learn environment with a continuous improvement mindset.
