- Deliver the full Selling Ceremony, including after-sales follow-up, while actively engaging in clienteling to provide a memorable personalized client journey.
- Engage with diverse clients to develop long-lasting relationships and foster loyalty through storytelling and providing a rich narrative behind each collection.
- Understand customer preferences and past purchases to offer personalized recommendations and update client information on internal platforms.
- Actively work to achieve and exceed sales expectations and identify additional sales opportunities by understanding client needs.
- Embody the brand image by adhering to luxury dressing and behavior standards and contribute to maintaining the upscale atmosphere of the boutique.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in the luxury and fashion industry.
- Participate in inventory management processes, cycle counts, and goods receptions to ensure store operations meet optimum standards.
- Proficiently use POS systems and assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Ensure proper back-of-house maintenance and stock management.
- Work collaboratively as an active team player to support all business activities and participate in training and tool implementation.
- Maintain open, positive, and constructive communication with team members.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the fashion or luxury sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to identify with customers.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
- Passion for fashion and client experience.
- Good team player with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and resilient attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a test-and-learn environment with a continuous improvement mindset.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the fashion or luxury sector.
