1. Deliver the full Selling Ceremony, including after-sales follow-up, to provide a memorable client journey.
2. Engage with a diverse clientele to develop long-lasting relationships and foster loyalty through storytelling.
3. Understand customer preferences to provide personalized recommendations and update client information.
4. Work actively to achieve and exceed sales expectations.
5. Identify additional sales opportunities by understanding client needs.

7. Contribute to maintaining the upscale atmosphere of the boutique.
8. Stay informed about the latest trends in the luxury and fashion industry.
9. Participate in inventory management, cycle counts, and goods receptions to ensure operational efficiency.
10. Use POS systems proficiently and accurately.
11. Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards and propose enhancements.
12. Ensure proper back-of-house maintenance and stock management.
13. Collaborate with team members to support all business activities.
14. Participate in training implementations and maintain positive communication with the team.

1. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the fashion or luxury sector.
