- Welcome clients to the Givenchy Flagship Store, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious shopping experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, assisting them in selecting products that meet their needs while offering expert advice.
- Introduce and recommend complementary products to enhance the client's experience and increase sales.
- Process sales transactions with professionalism, ensuring a seamless and personalized client experience.
- Collect and manage client CRM details to maintain relationships and build a comprehensive client book for personalized follow-ups.
- Ensure store standards are upheld, adhering to visual merchandising guidelines to promote the Givenchy image.
- Exceed behavioral expectations, including adherence to dress code and appearance standards set by management.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge by staying informed about fashion trends, competitors, and participating in store training.
- Support stock control and management in alignment with guidance from Stock Control colleagues.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales within a high fashion environment, preferably in a flagship luxury store.
- Experience in selling leather goods or ready-to-wear, with an understanding of craftsmanship and quality.
- Strong business acumen and experience working with retail KPIs.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is essential; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent personal presentation, embodying the Givenchy brand.
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Genuine interest in fashion and the Givenchy brand.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in a high fashion sales environment, with a preference for experience in luxury flagship stores.
