1. Welcome clients to the store, ensuring a comfortable and inviting environment.
2. Build and maintain relationships with clients to assist in product selection and provide personalized advice.
3. Introduce complementary products and share extensive product knowledge.
4. Process sales transactions confidently and professionally while maintaining client rapport.
5. Collect and manage client CRM details to build a client book and ensure personal follow-up.
6. Maintain store standards and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines to promote the Givenchy image.
7. Exceed behavioral requirements, including dress code and appearance guidelines.
8. Enhance product knowledge by staying updated on fashion trends and participating in in-store training.
9. Support stock control and management in collaboration with Stock Control colleagues.

1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales within a high fashion environment.
2. Experience in a flagship store within the luxury sector preferred.
3. Proven track record in selling leather goods or ready-to-wear with an understanding of craftsmanship and quality.

1. Strong business acumen and experience with retail KPIs.
2. Genuine interest in fashion and the Givenchy brand.
3. Hardworking and committed to achieving and exceeding targets.
4. Team player with the ability to work autonomously.
5. Excellent personal presentation as a Givenchy Brand Ambassador.
6. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
7. Fluency in English and Arabic is essential; additional languages are advantageous.

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within a high fashion environment, preferably in a flagship luxury store.
