Givenchy Sales Advisor

- Welcome clients to the store, ensuring a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.
- Build relationships with clients to assist in selecting suitable products while maintaining rapport and offering expert advice.
- Introduce and promote complementary products to clients, sharing in-depth product knowledge.
- Process sales transactions confidently and professionally, maintaining client relationships.
- Gather and manage client CRM details to build a comprehensive client book and ensure personalized follow-up.
- Maintain store standards and adhere to visual merchandise guidelines to promote the Givenchy image.
- Exceed behavioral requirements, including adhering to dress code and appearance guidelines set by management.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge by staying updated with fashion trends and competitors, participating in in-store training, and educating oneself on Givenchy product lines.
- Support stock control and management in line with guidance from Stock Control colleagues.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales within a high fashion environment.
- Experience in a flagship store in luxury fashion is preferred.
- Experience in selling leather goods or ready-to-wear with an understanding of craftsmanship and quality.
- Strong business acumen and experience with retail KPIs.
- Genuine interest in fashion and the Givenchy brand.
- Commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Excellent personal presentation as a Givenchy Brand Ambassador.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is essential; additional languages are advantageous.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales within a high fashion environment, preferably in a flagship store setting.
