- Welcome clients to the store, ensuring a comfortable and inviting environment.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to assist in product selection while offering expert advice.
- Introduce complementary products and share extensive product knowledge.
- Confidently process sales while maintaining client relationships.
- Collect and manage client CRM details to build a comprehensive client book and ensure personal follow-ups.
- Maintain store standards and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines to promote the Givenchy image.
- Exceed all behavioral requirements, including dress code and appearance guidelines.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge by staying informed about fashion trends and competitors, and participating in in-store training.
- Support stock control and management in accordance with guidelines from Stock Control colleagues.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales within a high fashion environment.
- Experience in a flagship store in luxury fashion is preferred.
- Experience in selling leather goods or ready-to-wear with an understanding of craftsmanship and quality.
- Strong business acumen and experience with retail KPIs.
- Genuine interest in fashion and the Givenchy brand.
- Hardworking and committed to achieving and exceeding targets.
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Excellent personal presentation as a Givenchy Brand Ambassador.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in high fashion sales, preferably in a flagship store setting.
