1. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analyses to monitor key performance indicators and track progress towards company objectives.
2. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide insights and recommendations for improving operational efficiency, sales performance, and customer experience.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, CRM, clienteling, and training, to identify improvement opportunities and implement strategies to enhance results.
4. Conduct competitive analysis on market trends to identify growth and improvement opportunities.
5. Regularly monitor inventory levels across the global retail network.
6. Collaborate with IT teams for system updates and workflow definitions.
7. Conduct regular reviews of existing processes, procedures, and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimize operations.
8. Communicate findings to stakeholders, including senior management.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in business, data, commerce, or a related field.
2. Ideally, some experience in data analysis within the retail or luxury sector.

1. Strong analytical skills.
2. Proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools, including data visualization and dashboard creation.
3. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and interdepartmental teams.
4. Capability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Attention to detail and rigor.
6. Fluency in French and English.

Entry-level, suitable for students with some data analysis experience in retail or luxury.
