Givenchy Retail Operations Manager

- Evaluate and document current store policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Coordinate with stores and corporate divisions to utilize resources efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Support inventory training, scheduling, and coordination of semi-annual inventories.
- Drive adherence to company-defined Inventory Control standards.
- Collaborate with key partners on Loss Prevention programs, including cycle counts and audits.
- Manage store operating systems, including POS and telecommunications, in collaboration with IT teams.
- Address logistics-related issues concerning merchandise movement.
- Work with the VP of Retail and Finance on developing profitable standards for P&L operations.
- Oversee store maintenance requirements and collaborate on facility improvements.
- Advise on boutique reporting structure modifications for enhanced efficiency.
- Manage and develop West Coast Operations Coordinator and support Operations Supervisors.
- Participate in store openings and family/sample sales.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years in a similar retail operations position.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as Salesforce, Cognos, or Qliksense.
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and proactive skills.
- Result-oriented and highly motivated.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum of 5 years in a similar retail operations position, with a strong background in retail operations.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, dependent on skills and experience.
