1. Evaluate and document current store policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with best practices.
2. Optimize resource utilization across stores and corporate divisions to support business requirements efficiently.
3. Measure and enhance the effectiveness of new procedures, providing recommendations for improvement.
4. Support inventory training, scheduling, and coordination of semi-annual inventories in stores.
5. Ensure adherence to company-defined inventory control standards and address substandard areas.
6. Collaborate with key partners on core Loss Prevention programs, including cycle counts and audits.
7. Provide Loss Prevention training to store teams and assist in the implementation of Givenchy-specific systems.
8. Manage store operating systems, including POS and telecommunications, in collaboration with the IT team.
9. Coordinate with logistics on merchandise movement and address related concerns.
10. Work with finance to develop standards supporting profitability across P&L operations.
11. Oversee store maintenance requirements and collaborate on facility repairs and improvements.
12. Advise on boutique reporting structures to enhance store efficiency and client service.
13. Develop and manage the West Coast Operations Coordinator and support Operations Supervisors.
14. Participate in store openings and family/sample sales.

1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
2. Minimum of 5 years in a similar position
3. Strong background in Retail Operations

1. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel (formulas, Pivot tables, Macros)
2. Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (Salesforce, Cognos, Qliksense or similar)
3. Ability to work in a high-paced environment
4. Highly organized and proactive
5. Result-oriented and highly motivated
6. Strong communication skills
7. Strong interpersonal skills

Minimum of 5 years in a similar role with a strong background in Retail Operations.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, dependent on skills and experience.
