1. Evaluate and document current store policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with best practices.
2. Collaborate with stores and corporate divisions to optimize resource utilization for cost-effective operations.
3. Support inventory training and coordination of semi-annual inventories, ensuring adherence to company standards.
4. Implement and monitor core Loss Prevention programs, providing training and support to store teams.
5. Manage store operating systems, including POS and telecommunications, in collaboration with the IT team.
6. Address logistics issues related to merchandise movement in coordination with relevant departments.
7. Work with finance and retail leadership to develop and monitor standards for profitable operations.
8. Oversee store maintenance requirements and collaborate on facility improvements.
9. Enhance boutique reporting structures and facilitate communication of updates to stores and stakeholders.
10. Manage and develop the West Coast Operations Coordinator and support Operations Supervisors as needed.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

1. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Business Intelligence tools such as Salesforce, Cognos, or Qliksense.
2. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
3. Highly organized and proactive.
4. Result-oriented with strong motivation.
5. Excellent communication skills for conveying key messages.
6. Strong interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.

A minimum of 5 years in a similar position, with a robust background in Retail Operations.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

The compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, dependent upon the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
