1. Manage orders for various supplies and maintain supplier relationships, including courtesy kits and beverages.
2. Validate packaging orders with suppliers such as Brandart and Maxpack.
3. Order uniforms for retail stores.
4. Draft training materials, processes, and translations.
5. Update deliverables such as store directories and contact lists.
6. Facilitate communication between headquarters and retail stores.
7. Provide daily support and monitoring for retail stores.
8. Contribute to strategic projects, including report writing, schedule tracking, governance, and training.
9. Participate in and lead in-store training sessions both in-person and remotely.
10. Support store opening and closing projects.
11. Assist in preparing operational training sessions.
12. Participate in annual inventory processes.
13. Provide occasional in-store support during deliveries, returns, and sales.
14. Monitor and escalate IT incidents as necessary.
15. Ensure adherence to the brand's standards and processes.

1. Attention to detail, organizational skills, common sense, and curiosity.
2. Autonomy and initiative.
3. Enthusiasm and strong interpersonal skills.
4. Interest in retail and luxury sectors.

1. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Knowledge of Cegid and SAP is advantageous.
3. Fluency in English and French.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
