1. Validate supply orders from vendors such as Lyreco, Raja, and Burlet.
2. Order various supplies including dishware, trays, tea, champagne, and presentation gloves.
3. Validate packaging orders from suppliers like Brandart and Maxpack.
4. Order uniforms for retail boutiques.
5. Manage boutique invoices, including entry into GYPO and monitoring supplier payments.
6. Update procedures and adapt them according to market requirements.
7. Maintain and update Givenchy wardrobe tracking tables.
8. Assist in validating needs for security and cleaning services in coordination with general services.
9. Coordinate with various headquarters departments as needed.
10. Support boutique opening and closing projects.
11. Assist in preparing operations training sessions.
12. Optimize resource organization in boutiques, including scheduling and cost control.
13. Ensure adherence to the Maison's standards.

1. Rigor, organization, autonomy, and initiative.
2. Enthusiasm and strong interpersonal skills.
3. Sensitivity to the retail and luxury sectors.

1. Proficiency in Excel.
2. Knowledge of Cegid and SAP is advantageous.
3. Fluency in English and French.

Entry-level position suitable for beginners.
