1. Assist Merchandisers in tracking product performance across all markets and categories, including Leather Goods and Footwear for both men and women.
2. Support the assortment strategy for Collections in the Retail Network, including E-Commerce, and assist in presentations to regions.
3. Coordinate and create purchasing tools during Collection/Showroom periods.
4. Analyze purchases during and post-Showroom, providing essential insights.
5. Conduct weekly and seasonal performance analyses of products globally and regionally across all product categories.
6. Perform detailed ad hoc analyses on specific product lines or families.
7. Support the launch tools for collections, including Launch Calendars, delivery tracking, rebalancing, and reorders.
8. Participate in weekly meetings with regions and collection merchandising teams.
9. Consolidate regional feedback on collections and products to enhance future collection development.
10. Conduct ad hoc product and competitor analyses.

1. Enrolled in a Master's program at a Business School or equivalent university.
2. Previous experience in the luxury or fashion industry.
3. Strong product sensitivity.

1. Proficiency in Excel.
2. Fluent in English.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for luxury and fashion.
4. Autonomous with a strong sense of initiative and organization.
5. Comfortable and precise with quantitative data, possessing an analytical mindset.

Entry-level experience in the luxury or fashion industry is required.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or a related field.
