1. Monitor and analyze sales performance through weekly and monthly reporting updates.
2. Develop analytical tools and reports as required.
3. Distribute the Weekly Merch News to relevant stakeholders.
4. Oversee the 360-degree management of product launches, ensuring timely collection dispatches and developing launch tools.
5. Prepare and participate in training sessions related to new collections.
6. Support store performance by preparing product focus materials, challenges, and Mix & Match recommendations.
7. Assist EMEA boutiques with stock inquiries and collection-related questions.
8. Facilitate stock rebalancing across boutiques based on performance and strategic alignment.
9. Conduct regular visits to retail network boutiques.
10. Participate in buying sessions by preparing analyses and presentation materials.
11. Engage actively in the collection purchasing strategy.
12. Conduct competitive analysis through market visits and trend monitoring.

1. Currently enrolled in a Business School or equivalent university program.
2. Previous experience in an analytical role, retail merchandising, or purchasing is preferred.

1. Strong interest in the luxury fashion industry with a keen fashion sense.
2. Proficient in quantitative data analysis with strong organizational skills.
3. Ability to work independently with initiative and curiosity.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills.
5. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
6. Fluency in French and English.

Entry-level, ideally with some experience in analytical roles or retail merchandising.

Currently pursuing a degree in Business or a related field.
