Givenchy Retail Merchandiser - Women's Ready-to-Wear and Soft Textiles

- Develop and implement product assortment strategies for 4 to 6 showrooms annually, ensuring alignment with business objectives such as growth, average price evolution, and SKU optimization.
- Oversee pre-purchase and carry-over processes in close collaboration with the supply chain.
- Define the structure, size, and range of core collections tailored to different market clusters.
- Monitor and execute in-store assortment and product strategy across permanent and seasonal categories.
- Manage showroom orders from a qualitative and quantitative perspective, ensuring alignment with core offerings.
- Participate in Open-To-Buy (OTB) processes, providing recommendations in collaboration with the supply chain.
- Drive business by identifying market needs and opportunities, proposing action plans to optimize sell-through and maintain comprehensive market knowledge.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses of consolidated retail sales globally, producing appropriate reports and KPIs.
- Communicate insights to Collection Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Supply Chain, Training, and CRM teams.
- Optimize sales through recommendations such as sales tests, delivery priorities, and inter-market rebalancing.
- Centralize market feedback to inform product briefs.
- Advise Collection Merchandising on offer structure and implementation timelines.
- Ensure merchandising recommendations are applied in collaboration with Visual Merchandising, adapting to store realities.
- Coordinate with Visual Merchandisers on specific needs during key commercial periods.
- Produce sales performance reports by region/store, implementing necessary action plans.
- Collaborate closely with CRM on ad hoc studies.
- Redefine collection planning and delivery schedules post-purchase sessions with production and supply chain teams.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in numerical data
- Retail-oriented mindset with excellent teamwork capabilities
- Exceptional interpersonal and soft skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong fashion/product sensitivity for Ready-to-Wear
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently, manage stress, and make decisions
- Bilingual in English
A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry is required.
