- Develop and implement product strategy for the designated category in the EMEA region, tailoring action plans based on performance analysis.
- Conduct weekly quantitative and qualitative performance analyses to identify and propose appropriate action plans.
- Coordinate and execute 360° corrective actions in collaboration with departments such as Supply Chain, Visual Merchandising, Training, Clienteling, and Retail Management.
- Ensure product availability in stores (openings and restocking) aligned with launch schedules through effective collaboration with the Supply Chain team and Customer Service.
- Organize seasonal stock consolidation campaigns and distribution reviews between stores and regions (Middle East and Europe).
- Conduct competitive studies to identify market developments or actions (events, launches) and perform seasonal price positioning analyses.
- Act as a key reference in defining the product offering and purchasing strategy for the EMEA region, considering market specifics.
- Participate in each buying session for Women's and Men's collections (pre-collection, runway, or capsule), sharing product feedback for the EMEA market with central teams.
- Communicate product adjustment requests with central teams (openings, exclusivities, etc.) and price positioning for the market.
- Define purchasing strategy based on the buying budget, in coordination with Business Planning and Supply Chain, ensuring alignment with projections.
- Adjust and propose distribution and sales forecasts for permanent products in collaboration with Business Planning and Supply Chain.
- Establish a distribution strategy to define assortments by cluster and store.
- Integrate orders by cluster and store to adhere to the purchasing strategy and target KPIs (average depth, number of SKUs).
- In partnership with Supply Chain, validate sizing based on market needs, product fit, and client pre-orders.
- Contribute to the development of product knowledge and fashion culture among store teams for the designated product category.
- Facilitate and share new collection training with sales teams in collaboration with training and development teams.
- Enhance team knowledge on competition and latest trends.
- Share qualitative feedback with the Retail Training team to deploy appropriate action plans.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
