- Analyze weekly performance data both quantitatively and qualitatively to identify and propose appropriate action plans.
- Coordinate and implement 360° corrective actions in collaboration with departments such as Supply Chain, Visual Merchandising, Training, Clienteling, and Retail Management.
- Ensure product availability in stores for openings and restocking in alignment with launch schedules through effective partnerships with the Supply Chain and Customer Service teams.
- Organize seasonal stock consolidation campaigns and distribution reviews between stores and regions, including the Middle East and Europe.
- Conduct competitive studies to identify market developments or actions, such as events and launches, and perform seasonal price positioning analyses.
- Participate in buying sessions for both Women's and Men's collections, providing market feedback and identifying opportunities and needs for the EMEA region.
- Communicate product adjustment requests to central teams, including openings and exclusivities, and price positioning for the market.
- Define purchasing strategies based on budget, in coordination with Business Planning and Supply Chain, ensuring alignment with forecasts.
- Adjust and propose distribution and sales forecasts for permanent products in collaboration with Business Planning and Supply Chain.
- Develop a distribution strategy to define assortments by cluster and store.
- Integrate orders by cluster and store to adhere to purchasing strategy and target KPIs, such as average depth and number of SKUs.
- Validate sizing in partnership with the Supply Chain, considering market needs, product fit, and client pre-orders.
- Enhance product knowledge and fashion culture among store teams for specific product categories.
- Facilitate and share new collection training with sales teams in collaboration with training and development teams.
- Develop team knowledge on competition and latest trends.
- Conduct Mix & Match workshops and share styling best practices to enhance sales team agility and cross-selling.
- Share qualitative feedback with the Retail Training team to implement tailored action plans.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical skills
- Autonomous and results-oriented
- Product sensitivity and interest in fashion
- Team spirit and communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel
- Fluency in English
