Givenchy Raw Materials Procurement Manager

- Manage a team of three buyers, ensuring effective performance tracking and reporting through weekly KPI reviews.
- Develop and implement new procurement processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Compliance team to address supplier-related issues concerning materials and components.
- Oversee the transition to the new procurement management tool, ANAPLAN, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Ensure traceability and compliance of material and component sourcing in alignment with AGEC law and the LVMH Life 360 Program.
- Lead the development and procurement of fabrics and components to meet delivery timelines, cost targets, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze production needs, manage orders, and oversee delivery and invoicing processes.
- Collect collection masters for production material validation.
- Address quality issues and supplier disputes in collaboration with the quality and production teams.
- Organize pre-purchase meetings to anticipate delivery timelines for specific fabrics.
- Update data in the PLM system and process orders in the ERP (SAP).
- Optimize dormant stock at the warehouse through sorting, revaluation, sales, or recycling.
- Degree from a Fashion School or Textile Engineering program, or equivalent qualification.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with SAP/PLM systems is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
