1. Coordinate quality-related activities in direct collaboration with manufacturers, suppliers, development teams, production, and customer service.
2. Verify raw materials and components for collections and production according to Givenchy's specifications and international regulations.
3. Analyze materials before production using technical sheets.
4. Maintain constant communication with manufacturers regarding quality test launches.
5. Initiate and monitor all tests on materials and components, including laboratory (mechanical and chemical) and pressing tests.
6. Validate composition and care labels for all Ready-to-Wear product categories.
7. Ensure product compliance before showroom sales.
8. Act as the main contact for local teams in China regarding GB standards, maintaining strong partnerships and meeting market requirements.
9. Manage the dispatch of samples to China to ensure GB standards compliance, supporting feedback and test results.
10. Oversee mapping of manufacturers and suppliers (Tier 1 and 2).
11. Monitor social and environmental audits of all Tier 1 and Tier 2 manufacturers according to LVMH criteria.
12. Manage audit reports and update the internal LVMH platform, addressing non-compliance and associated action plans.
13. Follow up on regulatory documents with manufacturers and suppliers, including codes of conduct and commitment letters.
14. Assist with LVMH's LIFE environmental projects in collaboration with the environmental department.
15. Manage the budget and validate invoices related to the service's activities.

1. Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in a similar role.
2. Engineering background in textiles.

1. Technical knowledge of various materials: fabrics, knitwear, jersey, denim, leather.
2. Understanding of current textile regulations.
3. Proficiency in PLM systems.
4. Fluency in English; Italian is advantageous.
5. Versatility, rigor, and organizational skills.
6. Basic sewing skills are beneficial.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable position, demonstrating a strong background in textile engineering and quality management.

Engineering degree in textiles or a related field.
