Givenchy Quality and Industrialization Specialist

- Verify development nomenclatures for production transition.
- Monitor and expedite pending supply developments until final approval.
- Facilitate standardization meetings in Paris or at manufacturers' sites.
- Draft and communicate technical modification requests following prototype fittings.
- Manage timelines for PPS and TDS receipt, ensuring alignment with production delivery priorities.
- Coordinate logistics for collection and industrialization pieces between internal departments and manufacturers.
- Authorize production commencement and provide necessary information for production control.
- Validate final inspection reports and authorize delivery.
- Document and archive various materials in PLM.
- Validate supplier invoices and request credits if necessary.
- Track and analyze quality returns for expertise.
- Propose technical solutions to enhance product quality.
- Suggest improvements for PPS and TDS acceptance flow and efficiency.
- Update and maintain departmental tracking tables.
- Act as the quality liaison with manufacturers and external service providers.
- Degree in Fashion Design or Product Technology.
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; PLM knowledge is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; Italian is a plus.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the luxury or fashion industry is required.
Degree in Fashion Design or Product Technology.
