1. Oversee quality assurance and compliance for Denim & Jersey collections.
2. Ensure alignment between Givenchy's quality standards and manufacturers' industrial capabilities.
3. Manage traceability initiatives and vigilance duties.
4. Monitor and validate material and finished product tests conducted by manufacturers or external laboratories.
5. Maintain and update tracking spreadsheets in the PLM and internal network.
6. Control timelines, retrieve and archive test reports, and communicate findings to merchandising teams.
7. Ensure comprehensive communication of results before showroom presentations.
8. Participate in model analysis and preparation of mock-ups for pressing tests.
9. Initiate and monitor pressing and laboratory tests with manufacturing and laboratory partners.
10. Prepare and validate care labels for denim and cut-and-sew products.
11. Ensure compliance with care instructions in accordance with regulatory standards across various markets.
12. Coordinate quality assurance of productions in Europe and Asia, liaising with local teams.
13. Manage sample tracking, KO test controls, and technical exchanges with suppliers.
14. Update China tracking files and organize weekly sample shipments.
15. Contribute to the management and updating of fabric stock and production control reports.
16. Lead traceability campaigns post-production launch: data collection, analysis, and integration into the traceability database.
17. Assist in planning and monitoring tier 1 & 2 audits in collaboration with QIMA and group tools (Allegro).
18. Ensure data entered into systems is up-to-date.
19. Participate in monitoring non-conformities and corrective action plans.
20. Manage the E-Attestations platform: add new manufacturers and initiate compliance document signings.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Textile Quality, Textile Engineering, or Production Management.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in textile product quality, preferably in luxury or high-end ready-to-wear.

1. Proficiency in textile testing, material and product validation processes, and regulatory compliance.
2. Knowledge of PLM tools, Excel, and compliance platforms (Allegro, E-Attestations).
3. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
4. Professional proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Italian is a plus.

Minimum 5 years of experience in textile product quality, ideally within the luxury or high-end ready-to-wear sector.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Textile Quality, Textile Engineering, or Production Management.
