Givenchy Quality and Compliance Specialist - Denim & Jersey

- Oversee quality assurance and compliance for Denim & Jersey collections.
- Ensure alignment between Givenchy's quality standards and manufacturers' industrial capabilities.
- Manage traceability initiatives and vigilance duties.
- Monitor and validate material and finished product tests conducted by manufacturers or external laboratories.
- Maintain and update tracking spreadsheets in the PLM and internal network.
- Control timelines, retrieve and archive test reports, and communicate findings to merchandising teams.
- Ensure comprehensive communication of results before showroom presentations.
- Participate in model analysis and preparation of mock-ups for pressing tests.
- Initiate and monitor pressing and laboratory tests with manufacturing and laboratory partners.
- Prepare and validate care labels for denim and cut-and-sew products.
- Ensure compliance with care instructions in accordance with regulatory standards across various markets.
- Coordinate quality assurance of productions in Europe and Asia, liaising with local teams.
- Manage sample tracking, KO test controls, and technical exchanges with suppliers.
- Update China tracking files and organize weekly sample shipments.
- Contribute to the management and updating of fabric stock and production control reports.
- Lead traceability campaigns post-production launch: data collection, analysis, and integration into the traceability database.
- Assist in planning and monitoring tier 1 & 2 audits in collaboration with QIMA and group tools (Allegro).
- Ensure data entered into systems is up-to-date.
- Participate in monitoring non-conformities and corrective action plans.
- Manage the E-Attestations platform: add new manufacturers and initiate compliance document signings.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Textile Quality, Textile Engineering, or Production Management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in textile product quality, preferably in luxury or high-end ready-to-wear.
- Proficiency in textile testing, material and product validation processes, and regulatory compliance.
- Knowledge of PLM tools, Excel, and compliance platforms (Allegro, E-Attestations).
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Professional proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of experience in textile product quality, ideally within the luxury or high-end ready-to-wear sector.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Textile Quality, Textile Engineering, or Production Management.
