Givenchy Quality and Care Coordinator - Wholesale

1. Manage complaints by receiving stock and client claims from partners, diagnosing quality issues, and proposing service solutions.
2. Ensure information flow from the region to HQ Quality teams for quality analysis and action plans.
3. Oversee the functionality of applications and report any encountered issues, such as technical bugs.
4. Coordinate disputes with the Wholesale EMEA Commercial team and regional teams.
5. Guarantee high service levels for repairs by maintaining regular follow-ups with production in Italy, the central warehouse, and other service providers.
6. Validate quality returns to the warehouse.
7. Ensure the supply of spare parts to partners and monitor production orders to maintain service levels.
8. Update and communicate activity indicators to internal teams.
9. Assist in developing new projects to improve tools and procedures.

1. Currently enrolled in a BTS, IUT, Business School, or equivalent program.

1. Dynamic and autonomous with strong reactivity and organizational skills.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian is an advantage.
4. Team-oriented with a rigorous approach to tasks.

Beginner level experience is acceptable.

Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field.
