Givenchy Production Purchasing Assistant (RTW)

- Act as primary contact with suppliers and internal production teams to communicate lead times and provide visibility on production planning for Men’s and Women’s RTW materials (fabrics & components).
- Negotiate and ensure compliance with the triptych of quality, cost and delivery, including management of minimum order quantities (MOQs).
- Validate and control supplier invoices and follow up on re-billings.
- Create and maintain master material and component dossiers for manufacturers, and ensure certified materials are correctly identified and certificates collected at transaction time.
- Update and maintain production and purchasing tracking tools; chase suppliers for transport documents, order confirmations and related documentation.
- Control contractors’ inventories and compile end-of-season surplus materials using Excel; analyse and negotiate surplus claims with manufacturers and validate or refuse requests.
- Organise shipments of validated remnants to the warehouse and coordinate returns/after-sales component orders and claims.
- Serve as the operational liaison with the warehouse: track inbound/outbound shipments of raw materials, dispatch fabrics and components for PPS (pre-production samples), and reconcile delivery records.
- Enrolled in a recognised business, engineering or fashion school (or equivalent) — internship must be part of an accredited academic programme (convention de stage required).
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- High level of organisation, curiosity and a proactive attitude.

Beginner — suitable for current students or recent graduates; no prior professional experience required beyond academic coursework. The internship must be integrated into an academic curriculum.
