Givenchy Production Purchasing Assistant

- Develop and manage Excel spreadsheets for surplus materials at the end of each season and communicate with manufacturers.
- Analyze and negotiate declared surplus materials with manufacturers, making decisions to approve or reject.
- Organize the shipment of approved surplus materials to the warehouse.
- Serve as the primary contact for a component supplier, managing production orders and tracking official documentation such as order confirmations and delivery notes.
- Validate production samples and maintain tracking spreadsheets for shipments.
- Monitor and verify invoices and re-invoicing processes.
- Act as the liaison between Givenchy and the warehouse, overseeing the shipment and receipt of raw materials and components.
- Coordinate the dispatch of fabrics and components for pre-production samples.
- Education from a business/engineering school or fashion school.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Organizational skills, curiosity, and enthusiasm.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
