1. Develop and manage Excel spreadsheets for surplus materials at the end of each season and communicate with manufacturers.
2. Analyze and negotiate declared surplus materials with manufacturers, making decisions to approve or reject.
3. Organize the shipment of approved surplus materials to the warehouse.
4. Serve as the primary contact for a component supplier, managing production orders and tracking official documentation such as order confirmations and delivery notes.
5. Validate production samples and maintain tracking spreadsheets for shipments.
6. Monitor and verify invoices and re-invoicing processes.
7. Act as the liaison between Givenchy and the warehouse, overseeing the shipment and receipt of raw materials and components.
8. Coordinate the dispatch of fabrics and components for pre-production samples.

1. Education from a business/engineering school or fashion school.
2. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
4. Organizational skills, curiosity, and enthusiasm.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
2. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
