1. Assist the Production team with daily tasks including orders, scheduling, and reception follow-ups.
2. Manage composition labels, barcodes, and customs codes.
3. Forecast, analyze needs, and track packaging orders.
4. Handle CITES certifications.
5. Oversee and monitor embroidery processes.
6. Reserve and track Quality Control for finished products.
7. Interface with the Customer Service department to address various requests.
8. Create and update procedural documents.
9. Monitor and control invoices and re-invoicing.

1. Enrollment in an engineering, business, fashion school, or equivalent university program.
2. Dynamic, responsive, with a genuine interest in fashion and product.
3. Autonomous, meticulous, organized, and a strong team player.
4. Fluency in English is mandatory; Italian is an advantage.

1. Proficiency in navigating various software tools.
2. Competency in Excel and PowerPoint.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a degree in engineering, business, fashion, or a related field.
