1. Assist the Production team with daily tasks including orders, scheduling, and reception tracking.
2. Manage composition labels, barcodes, and customs codes.
3. Forecast, analyze needs, and monitor packaging orders.
4. Handle CITES certifications.
5. Oversee and track embroidery processes.
6. Reserve and monitor Quality Control for finished products.
7. Serve as a liaison with the Customer Service department for various requests.
8. Create and update procedural documents.
9. Monitor and verify invoices and re-invoicing.

1. Currently enrolled in a fashion school or equivalent university program.
2. Strong product sensitivity.

1. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Basic knowledge of PLM and SAP is appreciated.
3. Fluency in English is mandatory; Italian is a plus.
4. Dynamic, responsive, autonomous, and organized.
5. Strong negotiation skills.
6. Team player.

Beginner level experience in a related field is required.

Currently pursuing a degree in fashion or a related field.
