1. Ensure product quality and compliance throughout the development and production cycle for ready-to-wear items.
2. Collaborate with Development and Industrialization teams to secure material and process choices from the initial phases.
3. Monitor products throughout their lifecycle, analyzing critical points and leading corrective actions with internal teams and suppliers.
4. Act as a key liaison between creation, technical, and industrial teams to ensure product coherence and quality.
5. Manage regulatory compliance for the Chinese and international markets, including specific standards and local validations.
6. Oversee quality assurance of productions in collaboration with local teams and suppliers.
7. Conduct laboratory tests, manage non-conformities, and finalize technical adjustments.
8. Organize and analyze sample shipments throughout production, particularly for the Chinese market.
9. Coordinate with laboratories and partners regarding Chinese regulatory requirements.
10. Update and structure quality and compliance tracking tools, ensuring continuous improvement.

1. Degree in textile engineering or equivalent field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality, product development, or production.

1. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
2. Ability to manage operational tasks over time.
3. Professional proficiency in English; Italian is a plus.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in quality assurance, product development, or production within the fashion industry is required.

Degree in textile engineering or equivalent.
