1. Interpret and transform designer sketches into three-dimensional models, ensuring alignment with the Artistic Direction and quality standards of the Maison.
2. Create models using draping or flat pattern techniques, incorporating archival and vintage references, and adjust to fit the house model for assembly.
3. Coordinate with the pattern-making, technical drawing, and sewing teams to ensure seamless model development.
4. Assess fit and make necessary adjustments to prototypes.
5. Oversee prototypes until they receive approval from the Creative team.

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role within high-end women's ready-to-wear.
2. Proficiency in draping and handling delicate fabrics such as Georgette chiffon and crêpe de chine.
3. Expertise in constructing bustiers and corsets, and proposing technical solutions for transparent fabrics.
4. Skilled in cutting tailored pieces with structured sleeves and developing patterns for shoulder pads.

5. Flexibility to manage multiple models under tight deadlines.
6. English proficiency is advantageous.

A minimum of 10 years in a comparable position within high-end women's ready-to-wear fashion is required.

Formal training in pattern making is required.
