Givenchy Pattern Maker - Women's Ready-to-Wear

- Interpret and transform designer sketches into three-dimensional models, ensuring alignment with the Artistic Direction and quality standards of the Maison.
- Create models using draping or flat pattern techniques, incorporating archival and vintage references, and adjust to fit the house model for assembly.
- Coordinate with the pattern-making, technical drawing, and sewing teams to ensure seamless model development.
- Assess fit and make necessary adjustments to prototypes.
- Oversee prototypes until they receive approval from the Creative team.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role within high-end women's ready-to-wear.
- Proficiency in draping and handling delicate fabrics such as Georgette chiffon and crêpe de chine.
- Expertise in constructing bustiers and corsets, and proposing technical solutions for transparent fabrics.
- Skilled in cutting tailored pieces with structured sleeves and developing patterns for shoulder pads.
- Artistic interpretation of designer sketches.
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
- Problem-solving and proactive approach.
- Flexibility to manage multiple models under tight deadlines.
- English proficiency is advantageous.
A minimum of 10 years in a comparable position within high-end women's ready-to-wear fashion is required.
Formal training in pattern making is required.
