1. Realize models in alignment with the Artistic Direction and Studio's vision, ensuring adherence to the brand's quality standards.
2. Study and interpret stylist sketches in 3D to accurately translate volumes.
3. Create models using toile or flat cutting techniques, drawing from interpretations, archives, and vintage references, ensuring proper fitting on the mannequin.
4. Collaborate with pattern makers, technical designers, mechanics, and cutters for seamless model development.
5. Evaluate fit and necessary adjustments for prototypes.
6. Oversee prototypes until approved by the Creation team.
7. Assimilate and respect set objectives, proactively engaging with various stakeholders.

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role within high-end ready-to-wear.
2. Formal training in pattern making.
3. Proficiency in trouser cutting techniques and crafting pieces with plastron sleeves.
4. Expertise in pattern development for shoulder pads.

1. Strong understanding of fabrics and garment construction techniques for women's tailoring.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
3. Problem-solving orientation, proactive and flexible.
4. Ability to manage multiple models concurrently.
5. Artistic sensibility to interpret stylist drawings.
6. Fluency in English is advantageous.

Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role within high-end ready-to-wear.

Formal training in pattern making.
