Givenchy Men's Ready-to-Wear Product Developer - Leather & Denim

- Manage the development of men's leather and denim ready-to-wear collections, ensuring alignment with artistic direction and budget constraints.
- Coordinate prototype launches in collaboration with designers, workshops, and manufacturers.
- Participate in fittings and communicate feedback to relevant teams.
- Prepare technical dossiers for internal workshops and industrial partners.
- Source denim and leather materials in collaboration with the studio, considering price, quality, and creative briefs.
- Ensure product traceability and compliance with Givenchy and LVMH standards, proposing alternatives when necessary.
- Oversee product coding and bill of materials creation.
- Anticipate product challenges and propose solutions at each development stage.
- Monitor adherence to timelines and budgets, alerting and resolving issues as needed.
- Calculate and negotiate initial cost prices during prototyping and pre-showroom phases.
- Collaborate with Merchandising on pricing and margin strategies.
- Work closely with Production teams to maintain high standards from prototype to store delivery, including participating in normalization fittings.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product development.
- Technical knowledge and strong sensitivity to men's ready-to-wear fashion.
- Fluency in English; Italian is a plus.

A minimum of 3 to 5 years in product development, particularly in men's fashion, is required.
