Givenchy Media Coordinator

- Assist the global Media team in orchestrating and implementing online media campaign deployments in collaboration with agencies, from initial briefing to final reporting.
- Support the execution and management of media campaigns.
- Aid in coordinating and monitoring campaigns operated by regional teams.
- Compile and verify technical specifications for each media plan, including press, display, and digital.
- Manage the deployment and preservation of assets.
- Assist in the production of advertising formats, from creation to online launch, for all markets, in collaboration with the Image department and production agency.
- Monitor billing with the Accounting department and various external providers.
- Manage the reception of campaign reports and analyses with subsidiaries and partner agencies, including qualitative reports, screenshots, summaries, and quantitative reports.
- Develop and define strategic monitoring of digital and paid social media trends, including innovations and formats.
- Oversee and aggregate performance data in the media tracking tool.
- Assist the team with administrative tasks.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Media, either with an advertiser or in an agency.
- Dynamic, organized, and meticulous with a proactive approach.
- Genuine interest in digital trends and emerging technologies.
- Passion for the luxury and fashion industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Recognized writing skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Knowledge of Photoshop and CMS tools is appreciated.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in media, either with an advertiser or within an agency setting.
