1. Research and select textiles in alignment with stylistic briefs and fabric collection plans, engaging with suppliers, attending trade shows, and visiting showrooms.
2. Organize textile samples by type for presentation to the artistic direction.
3. Prepare seasonal color ranges.
4. Initiate, monitor, and approve lab dips, woven trials, and collection swatches.
5. Maintain and organize the fabric library daily.
6. Assist in reporting prices, minimums, and lead times on selected samples.
7. Support meeting preparations by creating fabric boards and updating information daily.

1. Advanced degree in textile engineering, fashion, business, or equivalent university education with a strong material focus.
2. Significant and successful experience in fabric sourcing and development.
3. Fluency in English is essential.
4. Proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
5. Technical knowledge of materials and a strong supplier network.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
2. Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems is a plus.
3. Dynamic, organized, and proactive with strong interpersonal skills for engaging with both external suppliers and internal teams.

Minimum 5 years of experience in fabric sourcing and development.

Advanced degree in textile engineering, fashion, business, or equivalent.
