1. Conduct trend, material, and iconographic research, contributing to the conceptualization of collection themes and the creation of mood boards.
2. Provide creative input by producing hand sketches for fashion shows and pre-collections based on themes selected by the Artistic Direction.
3. Participate in the development of color ranges.
4. Collaborate with the atelier in the creation of prototypes and models.
5. Engage in cross-functional projects for capsule collections and special projects for muses.
6. Assist in sourcing materials and manufacturers.
7. Attend accessory, material, and fabric trade shows.
8. Contribute to the creation of sales books.
9. Support the success of the category by providing operational assistance to the team and the Women's Ready-to-Wear Design Department.

1. Degree from a Design School or equivalent background.
2. Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in a similar role.

1. Ability to produce numerous handwritten sketches, known for having a 'Belle Main.'
2. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Strong attention to detail and a sense of aesthetics.
6. Fluency in English.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the fashion industry, demonstrating a strong portfolio of design work.
