Givenchy Internal Control & Data Analysis Intern

- Support the internal control function by identifying and assessing operational and financial risks, documenting processes and existing controls, and assisting with control testing and results consolidation.
- Design, develop and maintain KPIs and interactive Power BI dashboards to monitor control effectiveness and risk indicators; perform ETL tasks to ensure data quality and reliability.
- Automate recurring reports and contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes and tools.
- Provide project support for internal control initiatives, including updating procedures and developing internal communication materials (newsletters, training supports) to raise compliance awareness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into measurable indicators and actionable reports.
- Enrolled in a university programme or a business/engineering school in Audit, Management Control, Finance, Information Systems or equivalent; internship must be part of a state-recognised diploma (convention de stage obligatoire).
- Strong analytical skills, rigor, organisation and ability to synthesise complex information.
- Demonstrated interest or first significant experience in data analysis and dashboard creation.
- Professional-level proficiency in both French and English.
- Proactive, service-oriented demeanour with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in teams.

Entry-level internship intended for students; no extensive prior professional experience required. A first internship or project experience in data analysis and dashboarding is highly valued.
University degree or current enrolment in a business school or engineering school in Audit, Management Control, Finance, Information Systems or equivalent. Internship must be integrated into the candidate's academic curriculum (convention de stage).
