1. Contribute to the identification and evaluation of operational and financial risks.
2. Participate in documenting existing processes and controls.
3. Assist in conducting control tests and compiling results.
4. Analyze the needs of internal control teams for performance and risk monitoring.
5. Design and develop relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to internal control activities.
6. Create interactive dashboards and clear visual reports using Power BI to monitor control effectiveness and risks.
7. Extract, transform, and load data necessary for report creation, ensuring data quality and reliability.
8. Participate in the automation of existing reports.
9. Support various continuous improvement projects for processes and tools.
10. Contribute to updating internal procedures.
11. Assist teams in adhering to procedures and managing risks by developing new internal communication tools such as newsletters and training materials.

1. University degree or equivalent in Audit, Management Control, Finance, Information Systems, or related fields.
2. Strong interest and/or initial significant experience in data analysis and dashboard creation.
3. Ideally, initial experience in audit or internal control.

1. Proficiency in Power BI, including report creation and DAX usage.
2. Advanced Excel skills.
3. Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
4. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team and interact with diverse stakeholders.
6. Project management affinity.
7. Proactive and innovative mindset.
8. Fluency in English and French.

Entry-level, suitable for candidates with a strong interest in data analysis and internal control, ideally with some initial experience in the field.

University degree in Audit, Management Control, Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent.
